Chill, I had two interviewers. I think they were training the other to conduct future interviews. They were somewhat prepared. I asked more questions then they did. I think I was missing that bubbly and very welcoming personality they look for

The process was very simple and easy. The manager was nice and that helped me relax. I was asked how I follow beauty trends and why do I think that's important.

How do you follow beauty trends and why do you think that is important? How would you treat a customer or peer?
The interview process is pretty straightforward. Mainly focus on customer service and makeup and skincare products. Know your products when you walk into the interview. Wear Ulta colors to your interview
Pretty easy process. Typical interview questions. When applying for a cashier position, they ask multiple morality questions and money questions. Have some solid scenarios in your back pocket that you can pull from.
