simple just answer all of the questions and be enthusiastic, fortunately for me it was over the phone so it was a lot easier to answer the questions given luckily the GM was super nice and it was a new store so they really needed people to set the store up. Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
