The senior recruiter was so great to work with. Probably the most communicative and transparent recruiter I've dealt with. Initial contact was through LinkedIn. There were three phone interviews (an initial informational one, a screening one and one with an MP&I manager.)
About a week later I was invited for an in person at their HQ office. They flew me out the night before and took care of all accommodations.
The actual interview can feel very intense. You speak with 5 different people for thirty minutes. Every person I spoke with was super pleasant. I felt it was going well until there was one person who I felt drilled me and was firing questions back to back...I totally left feeling overwhelmed, but optimistic.
Later was not extended an offer due to my lack of experience with OTB (open to buy). Something I feel that if it's so important it probably should've been caught during the phone interview process. They did offer another opportunity they felt was a better fit for which I applied to.

I had two rounds of zoom interviews with 2 mid/senior level managers. The questions were mainly about the job functions and how you work in teams. Along with examples of your skills and accomplishments. It was pretty professional and structured. I was told later by my recruiter they would "pass" with no additional feedback. I felt they smiled to my face then probably trashed me when the camera went off based on whatever they didn't like. It's retail though so that's the name of the game.
