I applied online and got a call about 2 weeks after asking me to come in for an interview. The manger doing my interview was great and made me feel super comfortable. She told me about the company, asked me some interview questions, and then went over my availability. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
