Easy and standard interview process. There were 2 phone interviews and one in person. All interviewers were clear on what they were looking for and the expectation they had for the person they were looking for to fill the position. Results are a huge topic.

Met with GM at the store for a first interview. Received a call from the DM for a second interview. The process took only a week. Got hired two days after the second interview.

The interview process was a face to face interview to begin. Asked many behavioral style based questions. It was informal, relaxed and very easy-going. The questions had multiple parts, but they weren't too tough. If you prepare some STAR answers before hand just on notecards, you'll be fine!

My interview process was a little backwards in my opinion; first interview was with the district manager and the second was with the general manager of the store in which I ended up working at.
