They were so desperate to hire, they really didn’t interview and ended up changing the position they were hire for halfway through. I understand when you need people, but still good to go through the proper process.

Quick, basic question nothing too stressful.. Interview was relatively fast, it did take about 2 weeks to get a call back. Your overall vibe and availably seems to be most important.
