After applying online, I got a call and an email the next day to come in for an in person interview with the recruiter. I took the same 4 pre-interview and 2 on site assessments as others in here have listed. The interview was more laid back than I expected and seemed very promising. I was even told if the position I applied for didn't work out, they had other openings they would consider me for. They said they would let me know about next steps within the next week. I didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks, even after following up twice. When the recruiter finally got back to me, all he said was they were pursuing another candidate. No feedback or anything about those other open positions. Communication was poor and disappointing.
