A couple tests online then phone interview with HR. I asked about my online test scores, I was told they were very high. I clicked extremely well with the interviewer from HR. We had some good conversation. When she found out I was 7 hours short of receiving my Bachelors degree, she said it was required. She said she will do what she can, but the manager would probably reject my application. This company has such a high turnover rate. Maybe they should re-think some of their hiring practices.
