Multiple tests were given prior to the interview, and a couple of quick math tests at the interview warehouse. They invited multiple candidates to the warehouse, and you would sit and wait to be called. You would go and sit face to face with a hiring manager, and they would start off by asking you about your personality, why Uline, and questions related to your experience and education.

The whole process took about 2 weeks. I had a phone interview that was simple and straightforward. No hard questions. I then was asked to come into the headquarters in Pleasant Prairie for an in-person interview. I had 3 separate interviews with 3 different department heads. All of them were nice and did not ask any unexpected questions.
