first interview is with HR representative. Very general questions. Next is with managers of specific department where they ask more situation based questions. Aptitude tests are also required to be taken prior to interviewing

Entretien
Went through multiple interviews, just to not hear from anyone about the final decision for months until I reached out to find out myself. During interviews they asked for the most part about previous experiences and project success.

What are some of your biggest challenges when working on a long term project?
The first round interview was mostly behavioral questions. It started with a tell me about yourself and why I was interested in the company. Overall it was a good experience.
