The hiring / interview process is very long and tedious. You must be prepared to take several psychological tests and fill out a very long application online. When you arrive for the interview you will take two more short tests that measure mental agility and speed. This process is the same for janitors to management. It was like applying for a government job.

Got my first interview out of the way, expecting a notification for my second interview and hoping to get hired and start work, definitely in love with the facility and feels like there are great opportunities. Interviewer was super nice and actually took her time to talk to me and give me insight on the role and process.

Got my first phone interview. It was pretty easy and chill. They just want to know a little about you and why you're interested in the position. Probabaly asked me like 4-5 questions.

5 online tests +2 assessments + face2face interview
Rejection mail after 1 week and no interview feedback provided even after sending follow up email. But they encouraged to apply for future vacancies
