Applied on Indeed and was emailed by an HR rep within a day or two.
Next was a phone interview with HR associate; everything was normal up until this point. I passed the HR phone screen and was sent 4 assessments I had to take before my, now pending, onsite interview.
The tests were MBTI style questions with the exception of one odd ball one about sales. This was for an IT position.
I arrived for my onsite and was greeted by some nice receptionists, meet with an employee and she gave me two more assessments to take (total 6).
The first was to see if I could figure out a series of numerical patterns ex. (1, 2,3,4,5 what are the next two numbers)
The second was to look at two numbers and say if they were the same number. Both tests gave you 4 minutes to answer as many as possible, and like the SATs unanswered questions do not count against you.
After that I waiting in an interview room until a nice HR rep came in and asked me the usual salary requirements, resume questions, and then handed it over to me to ask questions.
