Entretien
Multiple assessment tests prior to interviewing such as; Myers-Briggs, DISC, sales aptitude, an assessment spotting matching sets of numbers and another creating number sequences. Intial interview was with HR in person, very overview type questions mostly to get a feel for the candidate. 2nd interview was with position's Manager was more indepth behavior based questions about past experience.

private hiring team will have first round interview after completing some online interview. once you passed then then will pass to hiring manager from Uline. then they will move to team of director and VP

If called in for interview, you will take 2 tests straight away, a number sequence and a number pattern, you will be given some direction, provided a worksheet, and it is timed. Then you will proceed with actual interview.

Very long questions and hard to keep up with. Interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. Wish I got the job but they wanted interns with experience. Would love to apply to their next opening
