I first applied online and my application was rejected. I then contacted a current employee and that employee asked for my information. She sent it to HR and within a half hour I had the interview for the following week. I was called back for a second interview, but about a week later received an email saying they had others that fit the job better. There were only 2 openings and I know for sure they interviewed 8 people

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
