They have a great HR! I first talked with HR and then talked to the design leader that was in a rush but he was polite, friendly and I would have loved joined their team.

The overall process was fine - the first meeting was a discussion on why I'd like to join, what's my experience, and my salary expectations. We agreed that my compensation expectations were in the range of what they were looking to offer. The interview process was a bit long (4 meetings in total), but meeting the team was fun - I felt that these were dedicated individuals who loved their work. I received an offer nearly $25,000 less to what we had discussed at the first meeting to which it was a very rapid decline. I was surprised how recruitment allowed the process to go that far, wasting the valuable time of each team member as well as my time. It was at that time that I realized even if they countered (which they didn't) that it was very difficult to trust an organization who doesn't keep their word. I guess that was naive of me to believe that after an almost 5 week interview process that they would hold up their end of the agreement.
