The whole process took around 3 weeks. We did 2 conversations via skype. The interview was ok in general, but I have to mention that there were some questions in it that had nothing to do with the job itself.

they sent an online test , waiting for you to complete, no hints, no assistanc , pure silence while you write down the answers, they challenge you to justify your answers. they keep asking you why did you do it this way, making you doubt your answers
