The interview started the moment we entered since they have a scheduling process if you applied through their website instead of just walking in. Even inside they make you fill out a form, then you head inside a room where the assessment takes place about my skills and capabilities as a CSR. After taking around 15-30 minutes I waited outside in the lobby for around another 30 minutes before having my initial interview. The initial interview itself is very direct, then they will told me to wait for an email and schedule for my final interview.

I try applying at Ubiquity and it seems like they are very keen in knowing the applicant, in terms in interview there's nothing to worry about since I can handle it but the their virtual examination is very hard especially to those who is just new in the bpo industry.
