After two months and four interviews with positive signals, I received a rejection email stating they decided to proceed with "candidates whose profile is a closer fit." No explanation was provided about what changed or what specific concerns existed, despite prior feedback that I was the right fit. The hiring experience lacked transparency about the decision-making process, making it difficult to understand the actual reasons for the outcome.
