The process started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. The manager asked many situational questions about client communication and account management. There was also a short role play exercise simulating a client phone call. Overall, the interview was professional and focused on sales skills and relationship building.

This process took around 2-3 weeks
Good, but long. Multiple rounds and had to do a presentation all to not take the job but still good people and I’d actually consider applying for future roles. This was for Uber Eats.
