The interview process was lengthy and required a lot of work, but the professionals who ran the process were kind and highly communicative, making it all worth it. While the panel interview was intimidating, I felt comfortable asking my HR rep for questions and follow up information.

The final interview round involved preparing a 45-minute presentation of 3 case studies with numerous questions to address for each. It was excessive and disrespectful of my time. Also, the phrasing of one of the case studies was misleading in its instruction, and ultimately became a contributing factor for why I didn’t get an offer. Furthermore, the topics of the case studies weren’t even responsibilities in the job description! Also, interviewers were late to every single round. I spent many hours preparing the deck on those case studies and the interviewers couldn’t give me even 30-60 minutes of their day? I also didn’t appreciate how the recruiter handled notifying me that I had been eliminated from consideration. When a candidate has reached the final round, they deserve a phone call telling them they won’t receive an offer. A brief email felt insulting.
