The interview consisted of 4 rounds and extended over a span of 2 months. Round 1: HR screening Round 2: Hiring manager interview Round 3: Two interviews with prospective team members Round 4: 'Creative exercise' to be presented to a panel (3 days to work on the exercise) The overall interview experience was positive. The only negative was the time it took between the rounds to get feedback.
