After applying, there is the typical phone interview with an HR recruiter asking questions about your resume. Next step was an analytical test that gives you a sample data set that you have to interpret and answer multiple choice questions about. After passing, you'll move on to do a few phone interviews with some current employees that are in the current position you are apply for. The last step is a series of in person interviews in their office where you'll meet with 3 or 4 groups of 2 people each and they try and get a feel for how you would fit in with the day to day of the job.
