Process was standard, spoke to recruiter, hiring manager and then sr director. They were all scheduled really quickly as it was going really well and then after the last one, where I got really positive feedback, I was completely ghosted. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. Hard to say if this was the recruiter or if something happened, but I should've known better than to trust Uber given their history of terrible culture. I had been warned earlier but this job seemed great and the people I met with were fantastic. Horribly unprofessional to do this to people who invest time, energy and hope.
Thorough, 3+ months and several loops, a take home case that you present in front of a panel and Q&A. Lots of behavioral questions and detailed in the trees questions from the hiring team

I've reached only first round of interview with hiring manager. She was friendly and explained me the stages. But I felt that I am not going to the next round of interviews.
