Made it to the third round. HR phone screen then analytics test then interview with GM. Applied to several locations and was contacted by two different HR reps. One of the hr reps emailed me several times asking for availability to speak on the phone. The first time I was not emailed back until two weeks later in which they apologized and asked for my availability again. The second time I responded with my availability and I never heard back. Once I made it past the analytics test I had a skype interview with the GM one of their remote offices. The GM got on the call 20 minutes late(he did apologize), their connection was not the best as we had to issues with the quality(not on my end) and actually had to switch applications(the GM seemed non-chalant about the issue), and didn't seem to know much about my background(as he asked where I was in the application process). As a founder of my own startup I found it odd that there really didn't seem to be a formatted interview. The interviewer(GM) seemed to bounce around with his questions. Over all, the only thing I would suggest to a candidate is to just prepare yourself as you would for a mgmt consulting interview. My suggestion to Uber is to make sure they have a template for their remotely located offices in regards to interviews as I got the impression that I was not a good fit because I didn't play organized sports(my interviewer mentioned how they and their team played collegiate sports) and that allowed them to interact better with each other.

Interview process was typical. Asking leadership, teamwork, and case questions to see how well you problem solve on the spot. The interview process was 3-4 steps, the last being a round robbin with many of the similar roles.
