When is the recruiter's incompetence going to be accountable for their actions?? Recruiter Aparna ghosts 50% of my emails I sent. I completed the Analytics test which is 2 hours long and I've scored high on, only to be ghosted AGAIN. Two weeks later responds that people were already at the last round of interviews when I applied... Well why did she waste my time and make me take the test then? She later says there's another role and says if I was interested. I said I was and asked for next steps... GHOSTED. I sent her another email and she finally responds back with an interview lined up. The interview went well, and immediately I ask for the interviewer's email address. GHOSTED. What is up with this, incompetence all over the place and she's a principal recruiter too. Interviewing here is a waste of your time and effort. Know your value.

It was a standard process with recruiter reaching out to schedule an interview. After resume screen he told me that I will be talking to the Hiring Manager and another Senior Product OPs guy from the team.
The other 2 interviews were back to back of 30 minutes each. Questions were related to daily Ops challenges faced by Uber and your problem solving around it.

Q1) If a driver has to pick someone up from Connecticut and drop them to a location in New Jersey, what aspects would you think to decide the right fare so that it is fair to Uber's driver partner as well
Q2) A customer in downtown Boston books an Uber to go to one of the suburbs around Boston. What aspects should be considered in the algorithm to determine which driver should be mapped to pick up & drop the customer

Took more than 1.5 months. One round with HR, then hiring manager then was asked to create a power point based case study which required a lot of research, time and effort to put everything together. Got rejected after that

Product decision related questions, how would you decide which feature to push, A/B tests etc
I never heard back. I applied through referral link and no one ever reached out. There was also no confirmation of application even which was a bit odd to me. Regardless of qualification, a confirmation that the application was received would have been nice.
