J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Uber (Bangkok)
Entretien
- Phone interview by recruiter (mainly cultural fit, get to know you, you professional background and experience)
- Online Uber analytic test (the objective is to test you logic, and analytic skills)
- 1 on 1 interview by each team member and Head of the country (3 times in total, to see if you are a good fit with the team, what is your value, etc)
- 1 on group of 2 Skype interviews (final interview) from the person sit outside the country that you applied
Overall, it was an amazing job interview experience ever. I love that they challenge me and keen to know what I think. The staff were friendly and helpful.
HR screening - take home assignment before 1 day with HM - Hiring Manager round(Behavioral + sharing of assignment - another take home case - presentation with HM, skip manager, 2 member/leader from other teams

J'ai passé un entretien chez Uber (Varsovie, Mazovie)
Entretien
Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
