15 min non-technical with a recruiter. Covered the general background basics and went over interview process and outlined the role. Followed with a 60min technical phone screen with an engineer that was pretty standard. Quick introduction, then dove into the problem and finally had some time to ask questions.

The recruitment process felt very professional. I applied for the job online, and a recruiter reached to me after that. Afterwards, we had a technical zoom interview, which felt professional. The interviewer was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about.
No respond for more than 2 months. Emailed them many times, and only the interviewer reply me and tell me to wait. But the HR never reply me after interviewing

Then the interviews with the team leads/managers/regional leads.
