Applied for job online, application was simple, but took months before I was contacted. Had a few brief phone interviews followed by in person interview. Interviews were easy enough - nothing too complex or stressful.

They asked about why I am interested in uber and the role and what can I bring to the company. Also some career plan questions. They give me the offer quite quickly after the interview, so I guess there are many entry level positions available in uber right.

Three brief video interview questions which you could submit in your own time over the weekend. Very convenient to record, can use iPad or mobile. After submission, this was followed by an email invitation to meet Uber employees at a social "get to know you" event. I did not attend this event. I heard from a friend that after this stage, he was invited to test for the role. He was given a unique Uber code with $30 off and told to recruit as many new users as he could.
