Cependant, le salaire proposé (34,5K€ fixe + 14K€ variable) est bien en dessous des standards pour un profil avec 5 à 9 ans d’expérience. Aucune marge de négociation n’a été possible, ce qui m’a conduit à mettre fin au processus malgré mon intérêt pour l’entreprise. Dommage qu’une société aussi renommée propose une rémunération aussi basse pour attirer et retenir des profils expérimentés et motivés.

A screening call with Uber recruiter and then interview with hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was supposed to be behavioural questions, however it felt like I am in a classroom with very miserable school teachers. The 2 people that were interviewing me seemed like they had 0 interest to be there and they were reading out a questionnaire that they had to fill in. After they completed their questionnaire and I had replied to most of their questions, it was time for me to ask them questions about the role, however I was interrupted by the hiring manager after my first question and was asked to finish with my questions as we are were over time(1 minute before the end of scheduled meeting), so after they asked me over 20 somewhat pointless questions, i never got the chance to find out more information. I was also interrupted several times. Seems like UberEats is seeking a robotic bimbo to go from restaurant to restaurant to convince people how great they are for 38k - pathetic! Entry level SDRs make a lot more money in a lot smaller companies!
