Entretien
The company "forgot" to include the mandatory on duty call task on weekends in the written job advertisement.
Then on the first interview the Hr "forgot" to tell me the on duty call tasks. At the end of the interview I directly asked if is that needed by any chance, then the final truth was revealed. (Yes!)
At least now I understand the passive aggressive vibes coming from the interviewer.
Ridiculous. Disrespectful towards the candidates.

Entretien
It started out promising, the HR manager was nice, but the take home assignment was ridiculous. They gave a 1 week deadline for a full stack assignment which to be honest was not difficult but time consuming so corners had to be cut in order to complete it alongside a full time job. At least I got some feedback even if they weren't really useful.
