Interview was pleasant—the recruiter was very nice. However, this employer has no problem exploiting job seekers. After the initial interview, they asked me to complete 2 writing samples based on their question formats, which took about 30 hours to complete. Unlike other places I have applied to, you get zero compensation for this work. I was hoping to at least get some feedback on the writing but received none. Instead, I was simply told that my writing “wasn’t strong enough.” That was it. The inability of the manager to provide any specific feedback makes me skeptical of their internal editorial practices, which would require specific and precise feedback to writers. Alternatively, it could just be that they are lazy and don’t care. Also, you don’t sign any paperwork when handing in your writing samples, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they used the questions I wrote without my permission. (Is this how they build up their question bank? Is this their actual business model?) In any case, these were some pretty big red flags that likely reflect how one would be treated as an employee. I am glad that I did not get the job! I just wish I had read the glassdoor reviews beforehand and I wouldn’t have wasted my time applying in the first place.
first there was a phone interview. After passing the phone interview, you had an hour meeting with 2 individuals. After passing the second round, there a 20 min presentation to the team followed by 15 mins of questions.
Process oriented and strategic. Really appreciate the effort they take to make the candidate comfortable. It's a great opportunity to work with and have worklife balance. Along with employee benefits
