I interviewed for a few internal postings and the process took quite long just to get some information. Went through 2 rounds of interview for each, but waited at least 3 weeks before hearing back about decisions. Internal interview process needs to be better especially when candidates already have rapport with the hiring manager and team. But seems like HR plays a big part in dragging out the process.
