Entretien
1. A screening interview on the phone which I passed. UTC contacted me two weeks later to schedule an interview with 3 people (I got their names on the e-mail confirmation).
2. Phone interview with three people - never knew what dept they represented but I guess one was engineering, one HR and third one - no clue.
3. Received UTC decision after 1 week.

Question 1
On interview just few questions:
1. Describe myself and what I was working in last 5-6 years.
2. Ask me why I want to work for UTC.
3. Describe a Damage Tolerance analysis (generally speaking!?).
