one month after phone interview got on-site interview with director.

Entretien
There was a panel of four people that interviewed me. Two were from HR, and the other two were engineers. It lasted about 45 minutes - 1hr. They questions were pretty standard, but they didn't ask any technical questions. They mostly wanted to know about projects that I've worked on.

The interview was really basic and not technical questions. Got the phone call from HR and scheduled the interview the day after. There were three interviewees and they would take turns and ask you questions about your engineering skill or background.
