Straightforward application. Skype interview with demo lesson off of lesson provided. Follow up interview with a longer information session followed by a timed demo lesson off of materials provided. The second lesson was much more intensive, adult pretending to be a child. They expect you to use props, have a whiteboard and use body language extensively.
