I recently had my first interview with US Cellular. I was pretty nervous at first because a lot of people has posted some pretty negative things about this company. I must say I was surprised by my interview, in a really good way! All three of the people interviewing me were very nice, well spoken, answered all of my questions. They really seemed like they were interested in what I had to say. I was called back only a few hours later and asked to take the assesment test. I undesrtand it is a 3 part process, and I guess some people take offense to that, but I think it's a good idea. Overall, I was very happy with my interview, and this is a company I would really like to work for.

Smooth process took about 3 weeks from start to finish. 2 interviews one with sales manager and one with store manager. Just basic questions about customer situations and how I work as part of a team

Entretien
Applied online. Got a call from HR to set up a phone interview the following week. After phone interview got called in for a face to face interview with sales manager. After that interview I got called in for an interview with the store manager. A week later I got called with the job offer. Took about 3 weeks overall. After you verbally accept offer you have to fill out information from a 3rd party for a background check and take a drug test.
