Brief and Quick as I was transferring from another company. Gave the on-site manager my resume and he did all the work, just a casual interview/conversation. Told me that the contract would only allow me to be paid X amount of dollars per year. Then hires a new person for more than any other US employee with the same degree is making.

Entretien
The interview process had 2 Tech rounds and 1HR discussion. Initial Tech round was an easy one but the second one was in depth. They have asked in depth about the technologies that I have worked. It was a good experience overall.

The interview process is similar to other companies. It includes two technical rounds and a HR round and Client interview. The whole process went smoothly and completed with in a week.
