I applied via TCS NQT portal with my NQT 2020 score. I received an email from the HR saying that the interview was scheduled. The interview was a really simple one that lasted for just 10 minutes. At the end of the interview, I asked the interviewer about further rounds & he told me that this was the final round. So, I was really happy since I was confident that I performed well. I waited for the results for 2 weeks, but I didn't get any updates about the recruitment process. So, I emailed the HR but they didn't reply to my email. After waiting for 1 more week, I again emailed the HR, this time they told me that I was shortlisted and they will share the offer details "shortly". I waited for 1 month after this but still I didn't get any updates from them. And the HR didn't reply to my queries after that. I am letting the reader to conclude about the company's general attitude towards job aspirants & employees from this incident (Also, there is a possibility that this can be an isolated incident.).
