Initial screening by HR, Followed by a technical discussion with account manager for 30 mins (telephonic) and a client interview (videoconf) set up by a group of client reps from US.. We just need to answer the functional questions and about our skills and experience. Difficulty level could be rated as 6 out of 10.

Had 3 rounds which were pretty easy and the interviewers were pretty chill but the HR round was on of the worst i ever had. Within 1 minute of the call, HR stated that they will pay 30% less amount than what was earlier agreed upon and i could just take the offer or leave it. Though the position was really good, i decided not to proceed with the offer.

Such a worst interview process I’ve ever seen. I have attended 3 levels of interview. After that HR called and confirmed that I got shortlisted and discussed on joining date and package ,etc. also she confirmed that I’ll be receiving offer letter. But I haven’t received anything even after a month. I called them, mailed but no response. Highly disappointed.
