There were three rounds of interview, all of them being telephonic - the first one was a technical round, in which I was asked questions relating to Mainframe topics like COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2 etc. The interviewers are quite good, so be prepared. I was able to answer allt the questions, and they told me that they would get back to me. The next round was a meeting with an Account Manager of the company, where I was asked questions related to processes. So, just brush up those process nitbits, and it should be a piece of cake. Once this was done, there was the final HR round, where they discussed the package. Since I was coming from a company with a higher profile, negotiations weren't much of a trouble.
