      Again Bad Experience In UST HealthProof #usthealth #ust UST HealthProof #walkin #interview #software #ust Shine Varghese Before attending the UST Health interview, I had communicated with HR, and they mentioned that the salary would be based on market standards. I was fine with that, so I agreed to attend the walk-in interview at the UST Health Cochin office on November 1, 2025. There were more than four rounds of interviews: Screening Round Technical Round Managerial Discussion – The manager quoted a salary, and I agreed to it. Based on that, I continued to the afternoon sessions. Group Discussion Final Application Task – We developed an application based on their requirements. It was a full-day interview, starting at 9 AM and ending at 9 PM. Around 25 of us reached the final stage. After several weeks, I finally received a call from the UST HealthProof HR team. I was very happy at that moment, expecting good news. But the call left me completely disappointed and shocked. HR informed me that I was selected with an 8-lakh package — a salary I had already received back in 2020. This was extremely discouraging. Why would a company like UST Health offer such a low package, especially without considering my years of experience? If you are not in a position to offer at least my current salary, you should have rejected me in the screening round itself. And if you felt I was not technically strong enough, you still had the option to reject me at that stage. Why take my entire day—from morning to night—if the final offer was going to be far below my expectations and far below what your own manager discussed with me during the interview? I agreed to continue only because the manager quoted a reasonable salary. But the final HR call contradicted everything said earlier. My question to UST HealthProof management: If you are not capable of offering at least the candidate’s current salary, then why call them for an interview in the first place?
