There was a phone interview with a corporate recruiter (whom I learned through a slip of the tongue had only been with the company themselves for about 3 months) and not one, but two in-person interviews with large groups of people, some that I had already met with (which made repeating myself great!). There was also the completion of an online Caliper assessment through a third party vendor that I was told to block out up to an hour and a half for completion. All in all, with the time demanded of me to take the personality assessment and come in for two in-person interviews, the experience could have been much better with a more accommodating hiring team. However, the company remained removed and the recruiter's correspondence was nonexistent after the second in-person interview. I was never offered a position nor was I offered an explanation for their obvious "pass" on my application, after all that time and effort.
