Had a good call with the recruiter and was looking to switch industries but have a very accomplished resume/experience. She said they were looking to grow the team by 5-7 people and everything seemed to align. Two days later received the email that they had others with better and more experience to align with the role. Which is entry level. This was the equivalent of a stock broker being denied for a shift lead at McDonalds. So those other candidates must've been C-suite level caliber.
