We were permitted to ask questions. We were then asked about our interest in pursuring a position and given 'Next Steps' information. (Which was to expect a phone call for a one on one interview.

They sell you a hope and dream. It is a very motivating/happy interview; however, they do not tell you what sacrifices you need to make for this job. Also the salary description is false and you only find out in the meeting (it's wasn't really an interview) that is commission only.
