Entretien
Interview was conducted over MS Teams with Camera On. Position was a remote position. It was a standard interview that consisted of the same 5 questions. If you haven't done a federal interview before know that they are "cold" feeling. There isn't a lot of conversations back and forth. It was a panel of 3 members. I was invited back for a second interview as they had a lot of applicants they stated, however I had declined the second interview as I received a job offer that I had accepted in the mean time between interviews.
