It was one 30 min phone interview with the VP of marketing - very straight forward and was told a few weeks later about their decision. They didn't give much direction after the first phone call, but easy enough. No crazy questions

Miscommunication, lack of responsiveness, improper mannerisms, overall waste of time. HR doesn’t really know what they’re doing or saying. Long process with many different job descriptions for a single position.

The interview process was no impressive. I had a scheduled interview that I took time off of work to make. The interviewer did not call me until 2 hours after the scheduled time. Also, I was being interviewed while the interviewer was driving on the interstate.
