I met with a hiring manager. Interview went well. After not hearing back for a couple weeks, I checked in and found that they had reorganized the marketing department and the person I met with was no longer the hiring manager. They also re-wrote the job description. I contacted the new hiring manager and set up another interview. It also went well and I was hired.
