My timeline when applying for the CCA position is as follows;
1/24/2016 - submitted application and completed assessment
1/29/2016 - took 473 Exam test score 83.6
1/29/2016 - invite to interview - snowy day in Babylon, NY - worst snow day of the year and a huge turn out. Those of you who is familiar with Long Island knows the struggle it took to get my low car out of the parking lot and onto an unplowed back street. - Get there early and line up quickly so you can get interviewed first.
2/4/2016 - drug test and background test invite - completed background check
2/5/2016 - interview
2/8/2016 - completed drug test
2/19/2016 - offer letter
2/20/2016 - accepted offer
2/21/2016 - received call from HR informing start date is 3/7/2016 wanted to give current job 2 weeks so I will start 3/21/2016
Total time 29 days to get offered position.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
