I applied online 7/13/2015. Did the background check, drug test and driving record check all within 2 weeks of applying. I didn't hear anything else from them until 8/26/15 where they scheduled an interview. The interview was very easy, asked a couple questions but most of it was telling you about the job and how hard it is. They told us how people quit after a week. I felt pretty confident after the interview that I would get the job. On 9/18/15 I got a job offer and accepted, I don't have a start date yet but i'm very excited. The process was extremely long and they do everything by email/ the applicant cockpit. But very easy and straight forward.
