There isn’t an interview, you apply wait a few weeks (like a month ) for the employment offer. You have three days to accept the offer then wait another two-weeks to actually start.

If you have a brain, you’re hired. If you don’t, you’re still hired but also a supervisor. Not very gratifying but honestly most of the work is pretty easy. I got hired during COVID so the process was take as many people as we could. I’m not sure how it is now
